Refund Policy

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased through www.estheticiantraining.biz  you may return the unused unopened item(s) directly to Complexions Advanced Training LLC. You have 7 days from your receipt of the online shipment to return any item for a credit for the purchase price amount plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee (original shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a defective item). Returned item must be in new condition with original unopened packaging. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Please note that this includes breaking the original manufacturer seal.

 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the merchandise being returned is packaged for shipment in a manner that will protect it from possible shipping damage. A copy of your original e-mail invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.

 

Complexions recommends that you use a traceable method such as USPS priority mail for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. Complexions is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.

 

If you are returning an item that is defective by Complexions Advanced Training LLC, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of Free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us.
